look at the e60 M5 when it first came out with all the SMG, VANOS issues, along with some recalls.
I prefer to wait until the car matures over time, and buy when BMW does its LCI refresh - which usually brings out improved design aspects along with some new features.  |
The SMG was pretty new in the e60 M5. There was a watered-down version on the 6 Series, but no Drivelogic or a 7th gear. Fortunately the M-DCT has been around for a while prior to installing it in the next M5.
