OP - what are you using to clean them? APC, degreaser, soft/hard brushes, etc. Some pictures would be helpful to provides some context.
Once clean, a good sealant will help restore & maintain the finish; on the fronts something like Gtechniq C4 Permanent Trim Restorer and something like Gtechniq I1 Smart Fabric Coat on the rears.
