It's a 2015 so the (start of negotiation) price is about right. Keep in mind that leasing it takes a big hit on residual (57% vs 64% for 36/10 lease using current month numbers). Likewise, if you buy it's likely an 80-85k car before you leave the lot. I think a sale price in low 90s would be a good deal on it, provided there are no issues with the car.
