The value is falling. I was watching several fully optioned/loaded cars at manheim here in NY/NJ area with around 35k miles-36k miles go from 34k-36k.
Also some good decently loaded high mileage (60k-70k) examples are for sale right now for around 32k-33k lease returns from BMW.
I am thinking of pulling the trigger on a high mileage one myself.
