Car is immaculate (Hand waxed and detailed, indoor heated garage, and no scratches. Small ding from valet on rear passenger side wheel arch).

Thanks! Looking forward to helpful replies!
We are in a similar situation (trading in 2009 e90 for a 2014 m5). My e90 has about 60k miles and 1 minor carfax incident. I do not have parking sensors or cold weather. I do have technology package, nav, and premium. 27k seems like a great price to pay last year for it. Simply look at autotrader and they are still going in the 30+ range.

My dealer offered me 33k on trade. I am paying about 1k over invoice for the 2014 m5.
