Normal driving i just leave it at the default settings.
I program the M1 & M2 buttons on the steering wheel with different settings.
I'd play around with the settings and find what your comfortable with.
My settings I think this is right.:
M1: Transmission - D3, steering - comfort, suspension - comfort , acceleration - sport plus, MDM
M2: Transmission - S3, steering - comfort, suspension - sport plus, acceleration - sport plus, MDM
