I agree this sounds pretty poor. However I do wonder why you have not found a way to get in touch with Melissa. She was stupid not to leave her direct dial on the vmail. I know Donna (My corporate rep) did leave her number and she was superb in resolving my issue. If it was something I cared about, I would get in control of the situation. You seem to be waiting for phoen to ring.
I wouldn't expect Audi to be any better in exceptions management.
If you want a reliable HQ support team from an auto manufacturer - there is only one: Lexus. Unfortunately they only have one performance car and it is a $300k 2 seater.
