Yes it's an individual spec option.
One thing Individual does a lot is headrests, but usually custom embroidery such as a family crescent or the owners initials. One example is the special edition M5 for China. In this case the owner chose a colored M5 logo.
It doesn't look like stitching though, it looks like another material.
