The E63 AMG is actually a LCI facelift. If you really look at it the only thing that they have changed are the front bumper, headlights and hood. Everything else is identical. The W211 was released in 2010 so a new model in 2014 would be too soon. By facelifting the model in 2014 it would extend the life of the vehicle for a few more years.
Personally I would just get the current M5. If you haven't test driven one yet, do it now! you'll fall in absolute love with the DCT! You will be able to get a better price on the current model anyways. When the new LCI comes out most likely there will be a dealer markup on it.
