The honest answer is none.
After installing many of both the KW HAS and Dinan sleeve kits.
But function the same.
OEM ride quality is retained. With the lowered stance and with the correct alignment specifications, you feel improved handling and less body roll throughout driving.
The only factor I have noticed is that the KW allows you to adjust the spring height all the way down till you cant drive the car.
Dinan's kit only allows you to adjust the height to a max setting that is set.
There for, if you adjust the KW to a preferred stance and it's past the recommended settings then any noises are created due to going past the recommended settings.
