Aussie F10M said, the metallic sound in your video was not the 'clunk sound' but from the speed-bump. But I'm sure the driver of M5 in your video did hear the real 'clunk sound' himself when he drove over those speedbumps
Imagine you're driving a car with a heavy toolbox /a baseball bat/luggage in your trunk on uneven road surface - that's what the real 'clunk sound' sounds is like.
