OK. Update. I just spoke to my dealer.
My deal has indeed improved. I was at $1056 per month, 36M/12K locked in from January/Feb.
My payment will now be exactly $999! And as a result, the amount of $$ for multiple security deposits has gone down $700, taxes down, etc. So the OOP also went down $1000.
I cannot believe I am going to have a new M5 ($103825), with no cap cost reduction, for $999 a month. That's M3 territory;
