Dave- is there a way to see if the ECU/Comp was tuned for higher HP and then reset? Does the comp store a hx of the vehicle's programming past.

in terms of redlining im sure if we look'd up my cars 2 f10's now both wud show redline in every gear every time i drive lol.. not really a bigghie
you can have the dme's (comps) pulled and ck'd for holes which would allow someone to acsess the hi power tunes ment'd earlier otherwise do some due
dilligance ck for excessive wear tear on stuff , ck the serv records , go for a serious long test drive etxxx and w an xt warr aft your cmfy all sud be good!!
