Don't have any bluetooth problems on my 4s with the latest BIN from BWM for my build (August 2012).

Right on. No error on the NBT, but the app drops out before connecting and displaying the BMW splash screen on the iPhone.
With the 7.0.2 issues I am going to see about getting the IPSW to get back to 7.0.
