Agreed! Now that I see them painted, they would look even better moulded right in to the body so there is no trim, just the opening. That would look great.

I actually explored having IND mold the side grills into the car but it proved challenging and not inexpensive. That was the only mod I declined primarely because to make the paint blend they would have respray a lot of the car. I agree without the side grill insert lines the car would look even cleaner. If you have the means IND will do it.
