Tire size causing DCT/drivetrain issues?

Hi all, really need some help.

My winter tire set up is as follows:

255/35/20 front
275/35/20 rear

Apparently this is a rolling diameter difference of 2.04% or so. Can this cause drivetrain issues? Above 60mph the transmission has been acting odd, where sometimes the downshifts are lethargic, sometimes it feels like when I get off the gas the clutch disengages and I have no engine braking momentarily.

I’ve done a lot of reading and saw people had similar experience and it was solved by correcting/changing the tire size. For reference my summer wheel set up is 275/35/20 front, 305/30/20 rear, a difference of 1.3%.

Any insight/help/guidance would be GREATLY appreciated.
