30k+ miles....
Spirited driving nets me around 16 mpg for my commute to/from work which is a 26 mile mix of busy interstate (60%) and stop and go traffic light hell (30%). Limo driving nets me 18-19mpg.
Long hauls to/from Nashville or Atlanta via interstate with very little excitement nets me closer to 23mpg.
Don't forget that Sport+ (even when not driving in a spirited manner) impacts gas mileage. Sport is a good compromise.
Also, if you flap your own paddles you can do a bit better.
