I personally wouldn't take extended breaks because I want to keep my heart rate up, but you can do similar reps with less weight, and just do as many pull-ups as you can, as it's really hard to try to keep up with them in that regard (wait till the corn cob pullups AHAHAHA you're dead).

i try to keep up with them the best i can...and if i need to pause for those "mini-breaks" Tony likes to make reference to...i do just that. i rest just long enough so that i can jump back in and complete a few more reps. don't take too long a break though...cuz like John said you want to keep your heart rate up.

also, don't sweat not being able to complete Plyo...especially in your first week. imo...it's the hardest workout in the program.
