M5 engine rattle
I discovered Oct 2014 what seems to be the same rattle and was told by BMW that the engine will be replaced. My 2012 M5 has 86000 Kms and I wonder if this problem will start to occur on all M5's with a high mileage.
I paid cash and I am not sure what recourse I have. Not happy as a replacement engine will definitely devalue the car when I decide to sell.
I will request compensation but this will not be completely satisfactory as I am concerned with further issues after engine replacement.
This is my first M5 and I am really disappointed!
