Update:
Just minutes after I posted here, Shelly BMW's general manager Steve Rudkin replied to my email about my 2013 M5. They'll repair the dints, throw in a clear bra, plus some comp(that I cannot disclosed under NDA).
The bottom line is, BMW will always come throw.
Talke to your dealer, if need to escalate to the GM at the dealer.
Or you can always try my dealer, Shelly BMW, I've been going there for 13+ years. There've been ups & downs, thus, at the end, they always take care of me right long side BMW NA.
