Every person that walks through that door can be a customer or future customer. Maybe there is a reason people don't buy at their local dealers? Maybe the local dealers should look at themselves and realize most BMW owners are not one time owners. They are repeat customers and down the road will probably need another car. Why not make their experience the best and get them as a net new customer. People buy from people not companies. Disappointing to see how short sided these people can be
