This is what I think happened. I think the tear-down of Barry's motor revealed what was going on. I don't think this is a design problem.
When I got the call, the lady said there was a recall on the car. I ecstatically interupped her and said this is about the seats, right?
Silence. No, this is about the oil pump
She said don't drive the car. I said its kind of hard to right now because it is on the Toronto in the Atlantic right now.
I explained the seat problem and she said she would get back to me....
