If the F30 to compare is the 320i then none of that is standard again. So the latest F30 320i compared with the latest E90 328i offered in the USA (with the Value Package) has these additional standard features:
- 8AT
- iDrive
- Eco/Comfort/Sport settings
- BMW Assist for 10 years
- Bluetooth Audio
- Center speaker
It lost the standard Leather seats (Value Package).

+1. More apples to apples.
It also lost hydraulic steering (superior) and IMO the quality of interior materials took a step backward.
Biggest gains were the 8 spd. auto. and standard iDrive screen.
