I'm getting pissed. I ordered the wifi obd2 adapter yesterday and it said my Amex card was declined. 30 seconds later I get an email from Amex telling me a charge with card not present from them. I see the charge on my account. I emailed them and got an email response from "jira service manager" saying "we're on it". I replied to that email got no response. I sent another email thru their website and got the same exact canned response.
Did I get scammed? In another hour I'm contesting the charge with Amex.
I can't find a phone number for them. Anyone know it?
I've no idea what was going on at their end other than the lack of response, but I tried again yesterday afternoon with the same credit card and it worked.
