I have been working with Bettina Schulz at the Marriott in Munich. I informed her that I was doing ED and she said that BMW has a certain allotment of rooms for 95 Euro already available. Once this set of rooms is booked they fall back to the rate of 109 Euro. I am negotiating with them to get a block of rooms from 8/30 (for those checking in early) - 9/4 or 9/5 at the discounted rate of 95 Euro. I will update the thread as information becomes available.
I know there is another forum member who was able to call and get them to give his room for the first three days at 95 Euro.
