oil in cold side of turbo
I took the intake system apart yesterday to clean MAFs, filters, etc. I felt oil in the (crappy) turbo inlet on the passenger side. PCV hoses are fairly new, replaced in Oct 2022. Got em from ECS Tuning.
All I can guess is the oil separator in the valve cover end of the hose is bad. Anyone ever heard of this? EDIT---ECS is sending me a new one. Kudos to ECS Tuning! Last edited by KurtsM5; 06-28-2024 at 09:56 AM.. |

I have the same issue on the same side. I changed the PCV hoses, and had the turbos rebuilt and still have the same issue. The only thing left that I can imagine is the oil separator (11158636541), but I haven't gone down that road yet.
