That sounds too good to be true ... please post the following:

MSRP:
Sale Price:
Residual:
Money Factor:
Cap Cost Reduction:
Due @ Signing:
MSDs: $5740.00??

Got a similar discount on my 550xi LCI w/ incentives, and still paid a hefty sum @ signing to get my payments down to $800/month ... granted my residual was @ 58% (36mo/15k/yr)

This is BS.
With the options listed it would have an MSRP of $103,825 assuming it was produced after September

Invoice would be $95,795 or so
With Holiday Credit of $1500 and Loyalty of $1000
Deal at invoice would be $10,530 off msrp or $93,295

Even if dealer knocked a few thousand more off, which some are doing this month to get their numbers up, he would be at $13,530 Off MSRP.

Probably why OP Vanished from this post.

There is almost zero chance this happened.

I called 4 dealers and emailed David A to try to lease a 2014 M5 CP and no one could (or would) get close to 1100 a month with less than $10-15k in drive-off/cap cost reduction.

I finally ended up getting a decent deal on a fairly loaded one (Exec, B&O, CP, LED, DA . . . pretty much everything but full leather, carbon ceramics, and night vision): ~$1400/mos, 10k miles a year, $6k down.

This was on 12/30 and my dealer (BMW of Fremont - awesome transaction BTW; in and out in 3 hours from my first call! ) was clearly motivated to move their last remaining in-stock M5.

Could I have possibly beaten them up to get in to the mid/upper 1300s? Maybe, but I was getting out of my X3 lease a year early and I wasn't about to quibble over another $30-60/mos on a $115k car.

So, unless this was a stripper 2013 or that dealer had just lost his mind from smoking too much christmas meth; this guy is totally full of sh!te.

Shawn

PS - sweet baby jesus this car is a BEAST! Only have 200 miles on it so far and wow. It's like piloting a bullet train locomotive. It is going to get me in trouble (sigh). Will write more and take a few pics after I've driven it a bit more.

Hope Mitch65 you are correct because I leased mine with 2k down and same equipment 104k for 1204$ per month 36 term 12k miles per year and I thought I had a really good deal with which was invoice price plus 1000 holiday and 1000 loyalty and 58% and 0.0125 M FACTOR. ..

So his deal made me actually surprised how dealers can do such a deal which will be probably for a loss even with 3% kickback! !

Thanks Mitch
And you know what if he doesn't show up again with dealer's name then it is not true!!

Your deal is what inspired me to go try to get something comparable. Seriously.

I think you got the best deal of anyone on here! Congrats on your beautiful car.

Thank you Shawn
Mine was Macon BMW Georgia
BMW saleman Omar Saleh a very nice and straightforward guy, and you won't believe this but I had a better deal in Virginia yet I wanted this guy to sell me his car because of how nice and straightforward he was... I knew I could get probably 50$ less per month but definitely not 100$ less or 1104$ he would have thought I was kidding or something!! And he almost swore that his dealership was just happy to move another expensive BMW rather than really make money in it!!

There were a couple other deals that felt better than mine
But every car has different circumstances like fkr instance mine was delivered for free to my door! Driven privately 300 miles to my house driveway - and no a penny extra for this!!

Now I am still trying to get rid of my 550i 2012 F10 Dinan Stage 2 with 32k miles on it in like new condition -

Again congrats on CP LCI which is BTW super equipped
In my opinion if u have E PACKAGE and D ASSISTANCE and B&O you dunno need anything else besides CP which I probably didn't want to get for fear of harsh ride but people seem to like it - enjoy Shawn

Ordered an M5... So dealer wasn't trying to move off lot! Took delivery just over a week go.... MSRP 105,927 (exec, 20" rims, driver plus, LED) 36 month/ 10k ( always opt for 10k as residual is a lot better and you can always buy more miles).. $5k down $1210 a month with tax. After adding rim/ tire package payment went to $1253.. Thoughts?
