E60 M5 and MD Hwy Patrol Sighting! Not Good?

I saw a very nice Alpine White E60 M5 pulled over by the MD Hwy Patrol around 11:15am this past Saturday! This was on Rte 7 (Branch Ave) about a mile East of I-95, but on the West Bound side. This area is known for very fast pace traffic (...well all of Branch Ave is fro that matter) and I hope the M5 driver didn't get cited for a triple digit ticket!

I say this because, the area is zoned for around is marked for 45mph,...coming down from a 55mph zone and most folks easily bust'n 60,..70,..80mph on a regular basis!

Oh well...easy comes,....E Z goes!

Ouch. I guess it is hard to keep these cars under the speed limit. But varying speed limits in certain stretches sure is a pain.
