Mileage on new M5

My CA said that upon delivery, my M5 will have around 20-25 miles on it. Can anyone who has taken delivery verify this?

That doesn't make sense. Why would they drive it 20-25 miles?

I think your CA is informing you that he will be living vicariously through yours
Just think of actually how far 20 miles is, do you really think that is reasonable for loading/unloading?

Seriously considering taking off work and driving up to get it right when it hits the lot.
He was trying to justify by saying the car will have to be moved to the German port, on and off the shipping vessel, then taken to a gas station off of BMW property to be topped off.

I just picked mine up and it had 11 miles. Came off trailer with 5 then taken to service center which is about 3 miles each way.(my dealers service/ prep is At a different location than sales)

I've been reading on many other posts most are having in the 8-12 range. 20-25 seems like a lot of dealer employee joy riding!!
