BarryB. Checked with BLG logistics and they do not handle any shipments from the factory to port. In that case, I would think that the best bet is to get tracking info from someone at BMW...who I have no idea.

Finally moored in Bremerhaven. Damn that was a long two days.

Barry, I am not sure if there is another NYK line between now and then. I believe the 10/6 ship was the FIGARO.

Guys! Make sure you get the marinetraffic iPhone app so you can further drive yourselves crazy throughout this shipping process. Your wives will now dislike all this neurotic-ness just a little more .

Haha just went through myself

Already done, and, I added the ship to my "fleet" so I get email notifications of in/out of ports and AIS coverage. Should have seen me running around the house yesterday yelling that the car is no longer in Germany

And there are storms in the Atlantic...

Nadine is headed Northeast to the Azores, tropical depression "Fifteen" is most likely going to turn into tropical storm Oscar, and, there could be a pretty big non-tropical storm forming and moving Southeastward from Canada..

http://www.accuweather.com/en/weathe...orm-form/83806

Hope these don't cause too much of a delay. I believe the CEPHEUS LEADER is scheduled to be in Panama on 10/14.

For those on the Fidelio it just passed through the southern Miraflores locks about 20 minutes ago. Here's a shot of it going through!

It may take 5-6 days. Hopefully dealer won't take more than 2 days to fix the pump.
