As a software update? No. You could probably retrofit the new computer in but I'm not sure it'd be worth the cost.

why wouldnt my existing computer be able to run the new software? isnt it just a few graphics changes?

good lord what if we had to buy a new computer every time we updated an operating system?

Because the hardware changes were significant - BMW changed the CPU from one manufacturer to an Intel Based CPU and also changed the graphics chipset. It would be like trying to run MAC software on a PC.
