Removing Grille and Side Grille? - M5POST

did a quick search but couldnt find anything. Ive done this to all of my Bmw's over the last 8 years, but want to ask the question in case the F10 is any different...

Does anyone have instructions on removing the front and side grilles?

As well, front and rear reflectors?
