My fiance and I installed the Gruppe M intake on the M5. I have the best girl in the world, dont I?!

Took some quick crappy shots with my iPhone. Will take much better ones later on.

Had Goodspeed Performance Install the 3D Design front spoiler and rear diffuser (more pics to come):

I wanted to do enough to it to give it an edge beyond stock, but also everything subtle enough to retain full warranty. I really enjoy the sportiness of the exhaust and more agressive look. It's plenty subdued enough when cruising, but more exciting when opened up.

Wow! YEah, huge difference, I wasnt sure what the heck that sound was at first. Very noticeable. I just got the 1200 mile service done today, so finally got to be able to put my foot into it. Thing is a beast!

have you got the two parts of the front spoiler installed (flippers?) ? keen on this but do not want the front to be any lower than stock (too many speed bumps in London).

I only have the front spoiler without the other add-on pieces. I'm not lowering the car, looks low enough for me with the front piece on. The other add on piece could make it too low, or too aggressive for some people's taste.

thanks - one more question if i may? does the front spoiler reduce the clearance or not?

Yes, it definitely does. Curbs you once cleared before you will no longer. Each time you park, you have to make sure you never pull up all the way. Kind of a pain, but I'm used it coming from my old car.

Well, I removed the front grills and put the scoops in.

This was super easy. I used the trick of getting the car warmed up, and used two hands and wiggle/pull the grills out. Was easy, no hard pulling, snapping or breaking anything. This saved hours of trying to remove the front bumper. With just the grills removed it was super simple to install to get the scoops in.

Factory airbox had a screw in the back that wasn't super easy to remove like the rest. Had to get a swivel and where some would say finagle, I would say I used some finesse

to get that removed.

Once that was done, everything was pretty straight forward and fairly easy. I was able to guide the fiancé on what to do and she made it happen.
