Nissan GTR Hennesey grt700 pkg

I was at cars and coffee sat and there was a collection of GTRs. One had the above mentioned tune/mod pkg. looked cool etc.

When the driver accelerated down the street when leaving (everyone does a WOT 0-50 or so)

The car sounded like a 1997 civic with a fart can!! Much louder of course but what a horrific exhaust note. Is this typical of GTRs? I guess I've never really heard one. I would be embarrassed to drive around in a car that sounded like that. Even if it is really fast!

I was there also and took some video of those sitting there. Usually there are about 10 or more gtr there. I drove a stock 2013 gtr before buying my m5 and it sounded pretty tame. The piped ones I've heard sounded good.
