Post 2014 BMW M5 / M6 Ultimate Package Offers 14 Individual Colors for Canadian market

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
I just received this in my email this morning, not sure if anyone here is interested. For Canadian market only, it's pretty cool I thought I should share you can download the full PDF below

I am particularly interested in the Dakar Yellow M5!!

"Due to the extremely positive response received to the limited production run of BMW Individual M5 and M6 models in recent months, we have opted to expand a similar offering on an on-going basis providing consumers with an exceptionally high value package, while adding 14 new BMW Individual exterior colours for consumers to choose from. Some of BMW M’s most iconic colours, such as Phoenix Yellow, Dakar Yellow II, or Laguna Seca Blue will be available for those opting for the Ultimate Package at no-additional charge."

"Each and every Ultimate Package will also come with the new BMW M Performance Titanium Exhaust to further enhance the aesthetics, acoustics, and performance of these unique models.

In total the Ultimate Package represents a significant discount ($11,650 - M5 / $14,600 - M6) to a comparably equipped model – and provides your customers with some unique design options adding yet more exclusivity to these models.

Please read below for complete details on the Ultimate Package contents and ordering instructions."

WTF, Canada only! So essentially you buy a loaded car with a discount and you get the perks?

Agreed. I love that color or even an Estoril Blue would be nice. Too bad they don't offer this in the US.

I'm hoping that when my lease is up in 34 months that this program will be available here. Maybe it will since the M5 will be near the end of the model.

That was a great color!

There are many other colors from the individual program that would fit perfectly.

Remember these?

- Blue onyx metallic (I had it on my 335i coupe)
- Estoril blue I
- Arizona sun metallic
- Atlantis metallic
- Velvet blue metallic
- Aurum metallic
- Ruby red metallic
- Techno violet metallic
and many more

Or how about some unique colors like these...

I think it looks great, but I don't think I could live with it long term. Basically, I love it as long as I don't own it.

Can a US buyer go to Canada, buy it, register it back in states?

Estoril Blue is pretty much identical to MCB. I'm thinking Le Mans Blue for the next car.

Bringing a car into the US from Canada is a pain in the ass. First, the speedo will be in kph, not mph so you will have to get that swapped out. Next is the odometer, but that might actually be easy since it is digital.

We did this back in the mid 90's with a Jeep GC and it sucked all around. Maybe it is easier now, but if it involves the government then I am guessing it isn't easier.

God bless Canada. Actually, it's BMW Canada realizing how much they charged us more than BMW USA in the past.

I ordered my special edition in the fall and it was a better deal. I would have liked to have these paint choices though. Imola red all the way.

One would think with the USA being the #1 buyer of the M model cars BMW AG would offer something like this to us. We never get the good stuff here.

I have the frozen black one, very happy to see BMW Canada makes this offer. One problem for these special editions here is that people always ask you where you did the wrap... and paint the gold calliper

I saw a Santorini Blue M5 at the dealership while I picked up mine after a service. It does look awesome except the price tag ($143000 CDN before tax)
