BMW M Performance Exhaust (Akrapovic)

Do any fellow forums members have one of these systems on there car? I am researching what the performance gains are over the stock and competition exhaust systems. Thanks for your input!

None. Just sound. If you want any gains get straight pipes and no resonators lol..
Like on the RPI GTM..

I have akra. I didn't notice hp gains, but certainly improved sound.

It's my understanding that Akra makes the M Performance Exhaust for BMW. I'm pretty sure that's what I read on the rear muffler. I will take a pic tomorrow and post it up. Thanks for your replies guys!!

It sounds even better when it gets hot and if you hold the gear above 4000rpm for long enough with the right throttle and pressure there will be a crazy cannon pop sound.

Buy Akra and add BMW M-Performance Tips.
That's what I did.

Its more like weight saving, esthetic upgrade and the sound improvement.
I'm sure there is some power gains but with 500+ HP car, you will not notice low single digit gains..
