It would be cool if Infinity would do a bit of a "deal" price if you buy the filters & elbow kits together

I finally took the time to install the inlets, and yes, they look way better than the stock inlets. There is also a slight increase in volume from the intakes, which of course makes sense considering the cleaner run to the turbos.

Thanks to Mike at X-PH for the sale and Infinity Auto Design for the beautiful inlets.

Do you recall where you bought the elbow tube/hose to connect the intakes to the inlets? I'd like to update mine.

I wish I had an answer for you, but they came with the intakes.
I've actually been thinking about my options with them as I'd love to replace them with something more aesthetically pleasing.

The factory stuff is a bit too "retro" and the tubes I bought now I had to cut to length and honestly didn't want any badging on but had to get what I could at the time. I'd love to have something that just looks like it belongs there.

Well this will give me a little purpose for my off time that I have coming up.

Sadly, my car is in the shop due to clutch failure. I am hoping this DTMF thing doesn't turn out to be a big thing. I am worried it might be getting unmetered air from around the area where the inlet mates to the car.

I recently did my M6 with a full Blue cf kit from them while doing some maintenance. really love the fitment. in my opinion they fit far better than my eventuris did.

I was really interested by these and for the price i really cant complain. also the mounting on the inlets is much preferred compared to the plastic oe housings. I have broken my original set in servicing the turbo inlet gaskets from a prior servicing.

as for the intakes the inifinity designs fit way better than my eventuris did. i no longer worry about my eventuris falling out of the couplers because of the cantilevered weight of the intake. the are heavy intakes from the coupler out and there is no place to alleviate that weight on the eventuris, other than resting on the metal heat shield guards under the intakes. the inifinity intakes sit perfectly in the ram air channels to remove the stress of the intakes weight, a nice little improvement.

performance wise id say no significant difference between the 2. maybe a little nicer noise from the eventuri since its just a wide mouth filter with a velocity stack on it. but i like the fact the infinity uses the air channel in conjunction with some air scoops i have.

all in all I'm very happy with them.

Adding some color in the bay would be welcomed here, especially as tastefully as Ragtag has done for their bay... maybe a red or gold weave would be legit!
