Site trying to download files?

For the last few days when I'm browsing the forum from work I've been getting quite regular popups from IE with the message:

"Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options..."

I haven't used the computer at home for a few days, so I can't compare, but has anything changed with the E90Post code that could be causing this? I'm reluctant to go straight to IT and complain that I can't use the works internet for browsing forums
