I don't get it. I watched the M6 video and part of the Frozen M3 video. What's the big deal?

All he did was look around the car and call it a beast and a monster for like 5 minutes. Then he revved the M6 to like 5k RPM. Who cares...

Good thing you guys got him fired. Great job. Now they will probably hire someone who actually will do damage to these cars...

By the way, to people who say that he did nothing wrong are just plain stupid. No matter if it is 100k or 10k or even 1k. Its your car, your paid for it with your hard earned money, and it shouldnt be revd cold! No matter if damage was done or not. (Even though Im sure it is fine)

That other guy on youtube who does car reviews (Salaybak or whatever) only revs cars when they are warm, AND he makes sure they do not go to the red line, he usually stops around 5k or 6k rpm. He makes sure there is a good distance between the redline and where he stops. Also he has full permission to see these cars, start them up, give them a small rev, and review the car. Or do you people really think that someone messing with your car or doing more than what they were suppose to do (In this case move it from A to B) is fine... something is wrong with you. Lets allow waiters to test your food when you order it in the restaurant, or your friends test your wife. Its a huge no!

1) Come on people, the person who bought this did not use "Hard earned money". Probably some over paid banker(who caused the crisis), plastic surgeon, over bonus-ed CEO, powerball lottery winner or a trust funder who never worked a day in his life. Besides he has 2 M cars. Does he really need two cars that kill the environment. People starving and he has 1/4 MILLION dollars worth of cars! Some may call this person successful, I call him a burden on society with no respect for the working class like Pkilla. We should have the IRS audit him and take this new car away!!!!!!

2) Pkilla will just now get government assistance(Snap, Tanif, cellphone, Cash assistance, housing assistance, LIHEAP, Medicaid) which I am sure will provide a much better lifestyle than what he is living now.

3) He can dedicate MORE time to his passion that being a rapper. which then he will have the money to buy these cars....

I don't think your assumption(s) is/are entirely correct. For starters, Jalopnik received "tips" from several owners across the BMW community - some were M car owners, some non-M car owners. For instance, the last sentence in the Jalopnik article says "thanks for the tips" - tips is plural. Secondly, look at the comments in the Jalopnik article where people self-admit to reporting Pkilla. Third, browse around different BMW forums and look for others that have self admit.

If you were referring to the owner of the M6, who has an X6 M as well - thus 2 M cars, he likely didn't report it since he found out after the fact. So if you were referring to him, you're probably incorrect there too.

If he did not do that he would have been Ok. I bet he did not even know you are not suppose to do it. Most people in general are very illiterate on technical stuff like that.

Well, it's a tad disingenuous for the Board to make bald assertions about PK and then when one of us challenges these assertions we are told there is nothing more to discuss---on a discussion group mind you.

I have no dog in this fight. I'm not the guy out of a job, board member beating their chest they got someone fired for a car not theirs (same guys by the way that valet their cars) or defenders for PK actions that can't accept clearly what PK did was very wrong/unacceptable and why owner of the car PK was abusing would be pissed.

No need to stop reading. Eventually the thread will die like everything else when there is nothing more to discuss until some moron will open the thread yet again to give more thread time to PK.
