Will do. Sounds like in order for me to go square, like if I were to do a 10.5" in the front, i'd have to run 12mm spacers (on a et45 wheel that Apex makes).

What was the offset on the BBS 10.5s that fit up front?

So the BBS's are 20x9" ET 29, and 20x10.5" ET33.
SO fitting the 10.5"s up front in ET33 was fantastic. APEX makes 19x10.5"s in ET 45, so I'd just need to do 12mm spacers if we were to run square. Best,

Do you know if those Apex 19s clear the front rotor? I had actually seen them before and wondered about them. Edit: I guess they would given you had other apex 19s on with the hoosiers. Forgot about that Last edited by vafan13; 06-28-2022 at 04:53 PM.. |

Did another track day, 275/35/20 up front, 295/30/20 back. PS4. Did amazing, very well. Even just the 275 over the 265 made a huge difference. I’m wondering if I can fit 305 PS4 or Cup2’s in the back on stock 343 wheels on a CP.

I'm ready for new street tires and was considering moving all the sizes up to 275/305, and would do the same on the track setup as well. I feel like that should fit totally fine. When I did the 295's up front on shit Kumhos I was amazed at the grip.

They used a familiar car in their pictures.
For track staggered, they are recommending 9.5 in front and 10.5 in back. That seems it would limit tire size up front. What size/offset did you end up getting? |

They suggested 9.5 front and 10" rear. i went with 265/35-19 Hoosiers up front and 295/35-19 in the rear.

I got the negative camber and Dinan bushings on mine. Loving the drive. Greatly improved turn in. My next upgrade is likely the Dinan springs/roll bar. Any opinions? |

Do you notice a difference with the negative camber arms? I wanted to get those but everyone was saying they are rebadged OEM and don't do anything?

https://www.bmwpartsdeal.com/parts/b...127849503.html The right one part number ends in 504. They are shorter than the ones that come stock, giving you static negative camber of only 0.5. But as you know, our cars are double wishbone and as the suspension compresses, that shorter upper arm pulls the upper part of the tire in and my suspension shop measured -3.2 degrees at max deflection. Very nice dynamic negative camber. Made a huge difference. Order the upper control arms from any bmw shop or fcpeuro. |

Did you talk to them about 10s in the front? Especially considering what you'd already fit up there before, I'm surprised you ended up with 9.5s.

If I were to do again I'd do 10.5 all around and make sure the fitment up front matched when I had my BBS rears up front.

And to anyone wondering why a 275 on the 10 instead of a 285, two reasons: 1) 275/35 on 10" should be same diameter in-practice as the stock 265/35 on 9", so no risk of issues with ABS/traction control and reduces risk of rubbing. 2) The wider wheel relative to section width should help improve steering response and initial turn-in. My experience is this thing needs all the help with initial turn-in that it can get.

We'll see... I'm also interested in something with a wider selection of track-oriented wheels, but also don't want to put the M5 to sleep.
