Yeah Nate, however, it appears a lot of people are having this issue which indicates something with the DP itself and the way it is mated to the gasket. I find it hard to believe that everyone simply did it wrong. A minor tolerance issue likely but an issue nonetheless. My installation along with a handful of others have had zero issues without special instruction. Curious how AMS pointed out an "incorrect installation" on a guy's car who isn't even having rattles. I am no engineer but seems too coincidental to me.

It is a modified double-walled OEM. 600 cell primary removed and 400 cell moved to primary.
btw..Not here to tear apart AMS. Just pointing out that perhaps there may be an issue needing addressed. With new products, as you know, this is not uncommon. Good opportunity for a closer inspection of the manufacturing to verify correctness or to adjust to eliminate future issues. |

I have an update.......this $hit doesn't work!!!
There is no room for it. Just finished my install. It was challenging.
