That's a rod knock. Either buy used motor or rebuild if you plan on upping the hp.

my brothers M6 had also these noises and I was thinking its normal.

We test the compression of all cylinders and see cylinder 5 had only 6 bar.

We get a new engine from warranty, so please guys if you hear strange noises like these, that isnt normal!!

And sound going clear
Removed manifold

Don't see how a leaky gasket is going to make such a loud mechanical sound. Have you ever removed your manifolds? There is no way the gasket can disintegrate like that.

Glad to hear but I still can't understand how the motor will make that kind of a sound. There is an issue on the eccentric lobes for the cams that wear out... causing that sound.

Sound looki like both bro
Knocking and manifold leak
Specially when one of cylinders leakege out
You can hear it
And search for manifold leak on google you can hear same sound
