Also odd that it is an LCI but has a pre LCI steering wheel. Cheap accident repair job maybe?

Maybe. But NO ONE goes from an LCI wheel to a pre LCI wheel.

you are looking at the wrong car then, a $30k M5 is not gonna do you any good, might even put you in to debt eventually.

My 2 cents: a F10 M5 is a super fast and luxurious sedan, but the performance is paired with matching maintenance costs. Yes, a once $115k car is now much more affordable, these cars still require regular maintenance and care. If someone is ever thinking about reselling, a bad Carfax will set off many potential buyers. If maintenance records are lacking or not available, it should be a warning sign. Many pre-owners either mean the car has an issue or the buyers realized the true financial upkeep and had to sell it again. Brakes, tires, oil change, electrical gremlins...all these items can cost a fortune.
So, besides having extra cash on hand if something goes wrong, please don't try to save on the initial investment. The few thousand dollars you hope to save now, can in return have tough consequences.
I suggest to keep looking and save up a little more $, so you can buy a clean M5, with the options you want. Settling for a car that is missing certain features or is not a desired color combo will make you regret the purchase from day 1. I have been there and wasted tons of money, just to realize that I should have waited, the right car will come along!
And the best bet is getting one of the forum cars, since the owners here are enthusiasts and know the value of proper maintenance and care.
Enough now, not trying to sound like dad, just expressing my personal take on this situation

Only meaning, if you're patient you'll find the right deal. No harm intended.

true.. i wouldn't call this a bargain deal
so guys i just got off the phone with Auto house https://autohousesales.com/inventory...FL/2014-BMW-M5

guys so i got the car for
$39500
but im putting 30,000 down
my credit is decent ...they had trouble financing it sine im out of state
they bank they found is doing it for 48 months.
at 13 percent interest rate....

why do i not feel rite about it
13% interest and your putting down $30k?
That doesn't make any sense you can finance used cars with practically nothing down for like three or 4% right now.

so the car was a little out the price range but i feel this is the one where i don't need the red/orange in side.. or the B>O system...
all maintenance is well up to date with upgraded clutches done from ssp
injectors and coils done... all months ago..
it has all the goodies i planned on doing anyways .. so basically this just saves me time and some cash on the long run
im very patient and it seems one like his won't come along often...
