Congrats Barry!
I've made 6 phone calls today, and have sent and responded to about a dozen emails. I have still heard nothing, no updates, zero, zilch. BMW is really failing me.

Congrats to all who have taken re-delivery of their M5's from European Delivery. Especially to BarryB who deserves it the most.
I still have no idea what is going on with my car even though it has been placed as a super high priority. I have no idea what it is currently doing at the VDC, when it will be released to the carrier, or when I can finally expect to get it. I am past the point of no return with BMW now as far as having faith that they would be able to do the right thing and return what is rightfully mine in a reasonable time that is consistent to what others are experiencing. I may be going offline with the BMW community soon. A man can only take so much injustice. I'm sorry.

Gents looks like I got the short straw of the pick. Gonna rename my M5 the Black Cloud.
My M5 was damaged during shipping and that is the reason why there is a delay with it. That is all.

The front bumper got smashed in. Was told they backed a car up into it by accident.

I still don't have rear bumper, and you don't have a front bumper. Our cars are also suppose to be released within one day of each other. Our cars both had oil pump and prep work done on 11/5. I am not joking at all. Too much coincidence.

Yeah seriously, things are starting to add up now. I wish they could take picture of the damage or something. Either way they HAVE to have the car back to me by next Friday or else they are in breach of contract. I've already called my BMW lawyer and they said I def have a case if BMW doesn't produce me my own car by Friday.
Gonna work on compensation next week. I'm not not settling for something insulting like a 1 day ///M school for what I've gone through.
