Will resetting DME also reset retrofit coded/wired LCI Lights?

Hi guys,

I have a 2011/12 F10 M5 that has been retrofit with original BMW LCI Headlights which involved rewiring/coding of ECU Modules.

It also has a tune - which I want to remove and put back to stock. Can I simply ask BMW to reset the DME's to stock or will this lose/affect my coding for the retrofit lights?

Thanks!

yes you will lose the coding.
Just ask the tuner who flashed it to flash it back to stock ?

I bought the car flashed - and I've no idea who the tuner was, and in a different country - would any tuner be able to flash it back to stock?

Any competent tuner should be able to.
