BMW M Track Day Experience (at COTA) Questions

Hi Guys;

Yes, I will be arriving June 5th and driving June 6th. I did the event in Sevilla Spain a few years ago and it was a blast.

I'm signed up to drive on the 5th

What I have noticed is the on-track M power experiences are a toned down version of the M schools with always a lead/follow format. Probably don't end up going more than 7/10ths given all the variables of driver experience, new track, limited track time, and weather.

Most likely not able to get BMWCCA discount on the Austin event, as it is being run out of Germany, not BMWNA...

Would be cool if the cars there were outfitted with the new comp package. I'm sure that's not possible yet, but would be awesome to compare. Looking forward to the event

Hoping they turn us loose on that track though...you guys are scaring me a little with the follow the pace car stuff.

Just got through watching the Australian Holden Supercar series that was held at COTA, very cool racing and made me anxious to get on that beautiful track

I wonder if they will let us slam the curbs like they were doing during the race

I'd have to leave San Diego at 9am instead of 130pm and would therefore miss my 10am client meeting.
