All Speakers Crackling,Popping,Whining on Cold Start

Installed bm3 flex-fuel kit
When I start my car in the cold at morning or at night, all speakers will crackle and pop. But if I drive it, it goes away after 10-30 seconds and doesn't come back. If I have accessory mode on, the speakers will not crackle or pop, but as soon as I turn the engine on, it will start. If I cold start the car and it is outside in the sun, speakers wont make noise. While speakers are crackling, I can still play music. After crackling goes away, I can also play music with no issues.
Is this a bad amp or is a wire pinched somewhere?
