Working on electrical gremlin!!!!

so i am working on a car that been in a light accident but the passenger curtain airbag blew and the driver seat belt doesnt work.

firstly, theres .5 volts at the positive and negative battery posts under hood but 13.6 volts when the battery tested in trunk.

anybody know what the problem could be?

The main pyro fuse has most probably blown and you will need to replace this. Also the seatbelt will lockout and this will need to be replaced.
