Quick pre M5 purchase question M5 gurus PLEASE

I'm looking at an M5 to replace my M5 and that particular one has CCB which I never cared for especially that I don't track my cars, and I'm worried about SQUEALING as I heard before they do squeak more than steel rotors!!

Please advise
Has night vision, Exec and Driver assistance packages, CCB and more important than everything else this time around THE COMPETITION PACKAGE !! And I'm glad it doesn't have the 601 though I like their looks more but they are alloy rather than Forged which I prefer for weight savings of about 20 pounds total

Congratulation Soooma. Go for it since she has all you need including CP...
and don't worry about squeaking noise since it's part of fun package...
Think about it this way: Squeaking noise let people know you are arriving LOL...

Watch this video at 8:50 to see the amount of heat on rotors and to understand why squeaking noise is there for this heavy car... Look close to the red rotors

No, CCBs are not covered by the scheduled maintenance.

squeak is minimal on mine usually only when they get wet from a puddle after being drying. but it goes away soon after. I did have one time where it would not go away and i washed them with soap and water and then the sound was gone. They look better too =).

MCCB's are not under any types of BMW warranty.

I am thinking about calling the whole thing off because of the CCB,
I can't imagine chipping them and then shelling out 5000$ to replace one side !!

Is it a new car and where is it in NC? I would say go for it I love the Monte Carlo Blue with those CCB Gold brakes!!! that's what I originally wanted but I got a good deal on the Alpine White one I have now

I think it depends on the dealership. My CCB was replaced under warranty with no issues.

We were not clear on the terms and I believe I was to blame as I assumed he would pay first lease payment upon assumption for me but he refused and I can't blame him and actually they were quite professional about it especially I was to blame for not getting enough info beforehand !
