Need help with defect code

Guys,

I am interested in purchasing 14 M5 CPO with 30k miles and while I was combing through the service history, I found this defect code and was concerned.

What is this exactly and should I be worried?Any bmw tech could shed some light?

Code:
3435001800

Defect Description:
CBS data of brake pad wear, incorrectly calculated mileage/km Incorrect/incomplete reading

Thanks in advance!

I just want to know the nature of the defect or problem. If it has to do with incorrectly calculating (assuming that is the underlying issue) miles then how do I know if stated miles are correct?

OR should I assume that CPO means everything is 100% and ready to go?

is this car coming from a BMW dealer? if yes, CPO means the car is ready to go.

When I took my 14 cp to the dealer, they also did a re calibration for the rear brake wear, apparently computer was showing it would need to be replaced soon however they were in great conditions with plenty life left. They did that on their own I didnt say anything.
